Shipping Note:
We process all handling and packaging times usually the same day the order has been placed, or within 3 days at the latest!
The actually shipping time which is in addition to the handling/packaging time, will depend on the method of shipping you chose and that shipping source's estimates that are given.
Warranty & Return Info:
We will repair or exchange or refund your purchase for free as long as the product has been returned to Riderz Ragz within 30 days (Unless other warranties issued by Riderz Ragz for any particular product. Which ever warranty is longer will be honored) from the date you received your product at the delivery address you have specified. Shipping, handling & duty fees pertaining to the cost of sending the item back to us must be paid for by you, the customer. However we will cover the shipping costs (Canada Post Regular Parcel service) of sending the exchanged product back to you.
Note: the product must not have any signs of wear and/or abuse (i.e. scratches, dents, tears etc.) and a copy of the receipt we sent you must be included with the product when you send it back.
We must also be notified via e-mail that you are returning the item prior to sending it back.
